The purpose of this survey is to learn more about the health and quality of life in Warren County, North Carolina. The Warren County Health Department, Healthy Carolinians of Warren County various county agencies and citizens will use the results of this survey to help them to develop plans for addressing the major health and community issues in Warren County.
